We're Hiring: Class A CDL Drivers – Front Royal, VA$2,500 Sign-On Bonus!

Pay & Earnings

• All-In Pay: Up to $1.44/mile (base CPM + accessorial pay like unloads, bonuses, and backhaul, divided by miles)
• Base CPM (by experience):
  • 0–11 months: $0.77
  • 12–23 months: $0.78
  • 24–35 months: $0.79
  • 36+ months: $0.80
• Extra Earnings:
  • $265 per full trailer unload
  • $15 per stop
  • $125/week bonus for 3+ completed loads
  • $35 per backhaul
• Average Weekly Pay: $1,750
• Top Performers: Up to $2,000/week
• Average Annual Pay: $89,000

The Job

• Training: 1-week ride-along with a driver, paid $150/day
• Home Time: Weekly, with a 34-hour reset
• Freight: 100% touch freight, driver-unload (box by box via rollers)
• Running Area: VA, NC, DC, PA, NH, OH, WV — within 700 miles of Front Royal, VA
• Mileage: Average 1,100 miles/week, 1–6 stops per trailer
• Schedule: Includes nights, weekends, and holidays as they fall; minimum 3 loads/week required

What You'll Need

• A valid Class A CDL
• A clean driving record and clean background
• Comfortable getting hands-on with touch freight — this role isn't sit-and-wait
• Double endorsement is a plus, but not a dealbreaker
• Good people skills — you'll be interacting with customers regularly
• SAP program applicants will not be considered for this role

What You Should Know

• Bring two weeks' worth of personal supplies to orientation

Must be an active company driver on each payout date. Terms subject to change with notice; employment remains at-will.
