Pr. Associate- Recruiting Enablement Team Lead (Hybrid)Our Talent Acquisition Change Management, Communications and Training (CCT) team consults on initiatives impacting recruiting processes, platforms and policies, helping shape the outcome and set our recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers and candidates up for success. We're seeking a team leader for the Recruiting Enablement function, accountable for owning a robust suite of products and processes that support the education of all recruiting personas.
If you're passionate about spearheading an ambitious and innovative team roadmap, inspiring a team of process management professionals, advocating for customer experiences, communicating thoughtful and concise messages, maintaining meticulous processes and analyzing data to inform future process changes - our Recruiting Enablement leadership role may be for you!

A strategic team player that can deliver customer-centric and data-backed recommendations on team priorities, while understanding higher-level business objectives
An innovative thinker who can bring fresh perspective to historical processes
An enablement champion who considers the training, support resources and L&D experiences best suited to make ongoing change adoption a success
A dot-connector who draws synergies between different teams and bodies of work with a lens for up and downstream impacts to influence the final outcome of a new or existing process
A process expert who knows how to build and maintain always-on process documentation
A strong writer who can adapt tone and format to seamlessly shift between writing snackable copy, to long form content, to informational email communications
An adaptable strategic partner who is comfortable shifting priorities as new needs arise in order to best meet the demands of the TA organization

Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
At least 2 years of communications or project management or process management experience or recruiting experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or military experience
1+ year of people leadership experience

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean, VA: $102,700 - $117,200 for Principal HR Associate Richmond, VA: $93,400 - $106,600 for Principal HR AssociateCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
