Are you a seasoned Employee Relations expert ready to make a significant impact? Genworth is seeking a dynamic Manager to champion our culture, resolve complex workplace challenges, and ensure compliance with US employment law, all while leveraging your expertise in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.

The Role

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, guiding managers on performance, conduct, and termination processes.

• Conduct thorough, impartial investigations into Title VII and other workplace complaints, documenting findings for defensible outcomes.

• Advise leadership on ER issues, upholding company values and mitigating risk through expert judgment and critical thinking.

• Partner with Senior HR leaders, HR Business Partners, and legal counsel on corrective actions and performance coaching.

• Track employee data, metrics, and trends to continuously improve HR processes and approaches.

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of proven experience managing complex employee relations in multi-state environments.

• Deep understanding of US employment law, EEO regulations, Title VII, ADA, FMLA, and state equivalents.

• Highly skilled in workplace investigations, negotiation, and conflict management in remote/hybrid settings.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, CoPilot) and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow).

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (preferred); SHRM/HRCI/CERP certification (preferred).
