Key Responsibilities

• Lead innovation strategy across emerging technologies, with a focus on AI/ML and Cloud.
• Translate long-term goals into actionable roadmaps and guide execution from concept to scale.
• Evaluate cutting-edge tools and trends to identify opportunities for mission-driven transformation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype, pilot, and deploy innovative solutions.
• Foster a culture of experimentation, continuous improvement, and thought leadership.
• Advise senior leadership on technology strategy, risk, and impact.
• Build and manage partnerships with startups, research institutions, and technology vendors.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation leadership, or related roles.
• Proven success leading innovation in large-scale or government-focused environments.
• Deep expertise in AI/ML, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and emerging technologies.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to align innovation with long-term goals.
• Excellent communication skills, especially with executive stakeholders.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving collaborative outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management (Master’s preferred).

Clearance Requirement

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.

• Hybrid: Remote flexibility with onsite presence required for team collaboration, client meetings, and special initiatives.
