Quality Services Moving is growing, and we're looking for a Recruiting Specialist who can help us attract, engage, and hire top talent across our organization.

As a key member of our team, you'll play a direct role in helping our company grow by hiring movers, drivers, warehouse personnel, office staff, and leadership talent.

What You'll Be Doing

• Source, screen, and recruit candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruiting channels
• Conduct phone interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications
• Manage multiple openings simultaneously while maintaining a strong candidate pipeline
• Schedule interviews and coordinate hiring activities with managers
• Create compelling job advertisements that attract quality applicants
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience
• Assist with pre-employment screenings, background checks, and onboarding
• Attend hiring events, job fairs, and recruiting outreach activities
• Track recruiting metrics and help improve hiring processes

Qualifications

• Recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or human resources experience preferred
• Experience with online recruiting platforms and Microsoft Office
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license required

Preferred Experience

• High-volume recruiting
• Transportation, logistics, moving, warehouse, CDL, or skilled labor recruiting
• Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Social media recruiting and candidate sourcing
