Position: Associate Dentist

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Associate Dentist to join our client. As an Associate Dentist, you will work alongside our experienced team of dentists and support staff to provide high-quality dental care to our patients. This is a full-time, permanent position with the opportunity for growth and development within our practice.

New graduates are welcome to apply.

Daily guarantee of $ 700-$ 1000.00 based on experience and 35% of collections whichever is higher.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine dental procedures such as cleanings, fillings, extractions, and root canals

- Diagnose and treat oral diseases and injuries

- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care

- Collaborate with other dental professionals to develop treatment plans for patients

- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records

- Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols

- Stay up-to-date with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education courses

- Build and maintain relationships with patients, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience

- Support and contribute to the overall success of the practice

Qualifications:

- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school

- Active state dental license
