Sr. Front End Developer II (6132)
As Sr. Front End Developer II , you’ll work closely to understand user personas to drive human centered User Interfaces and User Experiences for a new data exchange product for a government client.

What you’ll do:
We are seeking a talented Front-End Developer to join our engineering team and help build exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in modern JavaScript frameworks, a keen eye for design, and a passion for creating intuitive, responsive web applications that delight our users.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Minimum 7 years experience
- Bachelor's degree OR experience may be used in lieu of degree
- Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript
- Experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework (React, Vue.js, or Angular)
- Solid experience of with web design and responsive web design principles
- Familiarity with CSS preprocessors (Sass, Less) and CSS frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS)
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Solid experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, React Testing Library)
- Knowledge of build tools and package managers (Webpack, npm, yarn)
- Understanding of web performance optimization techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
SALARY RANGE: $101,000 - $147,000
The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:
- The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience
- The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
- Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
- This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include:
- Performance-based bonuses
- Company-paid training and/or certifications
- Referral bonuses
