Are you a skilled residential HVAC technician with at least two years of hands-on experience? Do you enjoy solving problems, helping customers, and learning new systems—but feel ready for your next big step? If so, this might be the perfect opportunity for you.

At Blauch Brothers, Inc., we’re looking for HVAC technicians who are comfortable working on residential systems and want to expand into the commercial side of the trade. We know the jump can feel big—that’s why we provide the training, tools, and team support to help you grow confidently into commercial HVAC.

What You’ll Do:

- Air-cooled and water-cooled chillers

- Commercial heating systems (gas & electric)

- VAV systems and commercial air handlers

- Digital temperature control systems

- Water source heat pumps and packaged units up to 100 tons

- Resources, training, and mentorship to grow confidently in commercial work

What We’re Looking For:

- At least 2 years of experience in residential HVAC service or maintenance

- Strong knowledge of residential systems, with curiosity to grow into commercial HVAC

- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record

- Willingness to travel locally to job sites

- Team players who take pride in their work and want to mentor apprentices as they grow

- (Universal Refrigerant Card and Gas Fitters Card are a plus—but if you don’t have them yet, we’ll help you get there.)

Schedule:

- Full-time, 4-day work week (4x10s), with a 4-day weekend every other week

- Day shift work

- On-call rotation every ~8 weeks

- Overtime available as needed

- Weekend availability when required

Pay:

- Competitive hourly rate: $23 – $40 per hour, depending on experience

Selection Requirements:

- Possessing a valid, non-expired state-issued driver’s license

- Passing a driving records check (as determined by our insurer)

- Passing a criminal history check

- Passing a drug test

- Meeting employment eligibility requirements under Form I-9 to work in the United States
