You'll play a key role in understanding the problems our teachers and students face, building empathy within teams, and delivering solutions that are not only functional but also visually compelling and intuitive.
What You'll Do
Strategy & Roadmap:
Work with senior leadership to understand the business strategy and develop and execute a product roadmap for integrations and design-focused features.
Translate high-level objectives into actionable plans by drafting project charters, requirements, and themes/epics/stories, incorporating stakeholder inputs.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for integration success and user satisfaction metrics.
Collaboration & Execution:
Lead cross-team collaboration to ensure that the delivered product meets technical and design standards, providing a seamless end-to-end user experience.
Prioritize customer issues, manage tradeoffs, and propose strategic solutions to prevent recurring challenges.
Partner with engineering, design, and UX teams to ensure alignment on goals and execution strategies.
Support geographically dispersed teams and external vendors by fostering clear communication and streamlined workflows.
Design & User Experience:
Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to ensure designs are intuitive, visually compelling, and aligned with product goals.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design intent effectively.
Advocate for user-centered design principles by conducting usability testing and gathering qualitative feedback from educators and students to refine solutions.
Review and critique designs to ensure alignment with brand guidelines, accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG), and usability best practices.
Customer Insights & Feedback:
Gather and analyze market requirements, customer feedback, and technical constraints to inform product improvements.
Champion the voice of the user by conducting user interviews, analyzing behavior, and turning feedback into actionable improvements.
Communication & Leadership:
Deliver concise, targeted updates tailored to various audiences, including stakeholders, team members, and senior leadership.
Exemplify McGraw Hill values by fostering a collaborative, uplifting environment and supporting a culture of continuous improvement.
What You Bring:
3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS or EdTech.
Proven track record of shipping intuitive, user-centered products at scale.

Deep empathy for users and a passion for creating products that delight educators and students.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build consensus among cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience prioritizing tasks effectively, managing competing demands, and driving execution without compromising on quality.
Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and their application in digital products.
