Join a small, dependable team where your work makes a real impact. We’re hiring an Assistant Property Manager to help operate one of our clean, well-maintained self-storage facilities. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in keeping things clean, safe, and running smoothly — and who enjoys a balance of indoor and outdoor work. You’ll assist with daily operations, customer service, and site upkeep, making sure everything stays customer-ready. If you’re dependable, proactive, and like being part of a team that gets things done, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
Facility Upkeep & Appearance
Perform light maintenance: sweeping, leaf blowing, mowing, minor repairs
Keep the property clean, safe, and professional at all times
Do regular site walkthroughs — if you see something, you fix it
Use and maintain basic equipment (leaf blower, mower, tools)
Customer Service
Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and by email
Help match customers to the right storage unit, explain features, and promote insurance or packing supplies
Stay on top of unit availability, pricing, and current promotions
Daily Operations
Process move-ins, move-outs, and payments using our software system
Help monitor late accounts and send reminders as needed
Keep records organized and flag issues to the Property Manager
Follow company policies and prioritize safety
Teamwork & Initative
Be a reliable partner to the Property Manager and team
Take ownership — if you see something, handle it
Be ready to pitch in and learn new tasks as needed
Who We’re Looking For
1+ years of experience in customer service, facilities, or retail operations
Comfortable with light physical work (lifting up to 50 lbs and working outside)
Dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented
Friendly and professional with basic computer skills
Must be available to work Saturdays
