Hotel Front Desk/Guest Service Agent
Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for hospitality, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Assist guests with luggage storage and transportation arrangements
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as required
Requirements:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide personalized service
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of guest service and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to calmly handle difficult situations with guests
