RESPONSIBILITIES
Revenue Growth & Market Expansion
- Own and drive overall revenue growth, targeting a 30–50% increase year-over-year.
- Grow new and existing customer sales while also expanding into new markets and industries.
- Exceed annual revenue goals through clear strategy and execution.
- Develop and implement data-driven market strategies to identify opportunities and maximize ROI.
- Evaluate conference and trade show investments, ensuring strong ROI and alignment with revenue goals.
Sales, Marketing & Training Integration
- Oversee and integrate all revenue functions (sales, marketing, and training) into one high-performing unit.
- Align and bring unity to teams by assessing and repairing current processes and systems of the Sales and Marketing departments.
- This role provides strategic direction and oversight for lead generation, relationship management, and conversion optimization, ensuring the team delivers long-term impact.
- Develop and implement training strategies that equip the team to effectively represent our products and adapt as growth priorities evolve.
- Align departmental goals with the company’s three-year VTO (Vision/Traction Organizer).
Team Leadership & Culture
- Build and maintain a high-performing, scalable revenue team.
- Foster a strong, healthy team culture that reduces turnover and increases engagement.
- Coach, mentor, and develop managers, creating leadership depth and accountability.
- Partner in hiring decisions, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
Strategic Planning & Execution
- As a core member of the Leadership Team, be a trusted advisor to the CEO and Leadership Team peers, helping set company-wide priorities.
- Create, document, and execute a long-term revenue generation plan and growth roadmap for clarity and accountability.
- Deliver proactive reporting and market segmentation plans to guide focus and resource allocation.
- Act as the communication bridge between the Integrator and revenue teams, translating the CEO’s vision into actionable strategies.
- Free the Visionary (CEO) to focus full-time on strategic leadership by owning day-to-day revenue operations.
Financial & Distributor Management
- Manage a million-dollar budget across people, marketing, conferences, and trade shows.
- Drive financial stewardship with a focus on improving efficiency and reducing the cost of acquiring leads and customers
- Apply a disciplined, data-driven approach to financial decision-making and investment allocation.
- Review distributor performance and contracts to ensure value and alignment with growth strategies.
- Manage, build, and maintain strong, positive relationships with distributor partners to ensure alignment and long-term success even when competitive bids create tension.
** This is a hybrid position with headquarters located in Fredericksburg, VA. Candidates must reside within the Eastern or Central time zones to be considered. **
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- 5+ years of leadership overseeing sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with B2B and B2G sales and marketing model
- 5+ years of experience leading pipeline strategy, resulting in $30M+ in revenue growth.
- 3+ years of proven success in managing budgets of $1M or more.
- Proven marketing expertise in branding, cohesion, and social media messaging.
- Completion of a bachelor’s degree.
Preferred:
- Background in CBRN, emergency response, or federal government contracting.
- Experience working with NetSuite ERP systems.
- Demonstrated ability to forecast and validate pipelines at $90M+ in revenue.
- International sales, marketing, or business development experience.
- Completion of an undergraduate degree in business or a science-related field.
Desired:
- Experience working within an Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) environment.
- Proven track record of scaling a company by 10x.
- Completion of an MBA or advanced degree.

SALARY: $120,000 – $130,000 annually, plus a 10% performance-based bonus tied to individual results and company revenue growth.
