Role Summary

The UX/UI Designer leads user experience design, information architecture, and visual

design to ensure the intranet is intuitive, accessible, and visually aligned with DHCD

branding.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct discovery workshops and user research

•Perform taxonomy analysis and card sorting activities

•Design information architecture and navigation structure

•Create wireframes and visual mockups for homepage and key pages

•Apply DHCD branding (colors, logos, typography) in coordination with in-house designer

•Ensure usability and accessibility best practices

Minimum Qualifications

•3–5 years UX/UI design experience

•Experience designing intranets or enterprise portals

•Strong wireframing and IA skills

Tools (Typical)

•Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent
