Location: Richmond, VA
Role Type: Full-Time
Shifts: Multiple shifts (1st and 3rd shift openings available)
Hourly Rate: $23–$32

What will I do?
- Keep production moving by performing preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Quickly diagnose failures to cut downtime and protect throughput
- Install, adjust, align, and rebuild components and assemblies as needed
- Use schematics, manuals, and work orders to plan and execute repairs
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately
- Follow site safety policies and procedures without exception
What do I need to qualify?
- Industrial maintenance experience (required)
- Proven mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot independently
- Working knowledge of mechanical systems; electrical experience is a plus
- Experience with conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pumps, or comparable equipment
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable in a fast-paced production environment
Nice to have
- Electrical troubleshooting (motors, controls, sensors)
- PLC troubleshooting experience (no programming expected)
- Welding or fabrication skills
- Prior work in manufacturing/production facilities
