ABOUT THIS JOB

Location: Virginia Beach, VA (Bayside)

Department: Production & Logistics

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday (7:00AM-3:45PM)

Clinical Status: Clinical

HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT

As a Labeling Inspection Technician, you’ll perform labeling and cross-checkingprocesses for final products. You will also prepare tissue and documentation for transport to include irradiation runs as applicable and assist in the in-process documentation of tissue to include receipt, quarantine, and final disposition. This position requires a high level of teamwork and commitment. Attention to detail and adherence to defined processes and procedures is mandatory.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Print and apply labels for final products.
• Performs cross check and reconciliation of final product and labels.
• Documents all required information accurately and in a timely fashion.
• Prepares labeled tissue and documentation for transport to include irradiation as applicable.
• Maintains working knowledge of specific product types to include graft types, sizes, and potential defects (both product and packaging).
• Stocks and rotates inventory of supplies.
• Assists processing rooms as needed by providing circulating support.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Minimum Requirements:

• High School or GED required
• One year of work experience is required

Key Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

COMPENSATION

Salary Range: $17.00 / hourly

Final compensation will be based on factors such as geographic location, qualifications, and prior relevant experience. The pay range for this position is a flat rate of $17.00 (entry level). Actual compensation may be higher based on the successful candidate’s knowledge and relevant experience.
