Join our regional fleet based in Roanoke, VA, and receive paid over-the-road finish training plus aggressive tuition reimbursement for recent Class A CDL graduates. You completed CDL school; we will help you convert that investment into experience and pay while supporting your transition to professional driving.

What You Will Learn
- Advanced backing techniques and tight-quarters maneuvering relevant to eastern urban hubs.
- Electronic Logging Device (ELD) operation and full mastery of FMCSA Hours of Service (HOS) regulations.
- Safe and efficient operation of late-model (2024–2026) diesel equipment.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL obtained from an accredited driving school (minimum 120 hours).
- Clean driving record.
- Commitment to safety and DOT compliance.
