Oracle EBS and ERP Cloud Financials Consultant (GL, AP, AR)

Overview

Mc3 Partners is seeking a senior‑level Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud transformation consultant specializing in Financials (GL, AP, AR). This role supports the modernization of legacy EBS modules into Oracle Cloud Applications and requires deep functional and technical expertise across Financials, Supply Chain, and Advanced Planning pillars.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end functional and technical transition from Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud Fusion Applications.
• Analyze and map legacy EBS configurations to modern Cloud architecture.
• Configure and test Cloud Financial modules, including Receivables, Payables, General Ledger, and Assets.
• Support configuration and testing across related modules in Field Service and Advanced Planning.
• Lead Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions with stakeholders.
• Provide SME support in data migration, interface conversions, and process redesign.
• Collaborate with development, security, and reporting teams (OBIEE, BIP).
• Support testing, training, deployment, and change‑management activities.

Minimum Qualifications

• US Citizenship required with active Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years hands‑on Oracle EBS experience.
• 2+ full lifecycle Oracle Cloud (Fusion) implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud SCM, Financials, and Field Service pillars.
• Deep understanding of data migration and reporting strategies.
• Experience working in both federal and commercial environments.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Cloud certifications (Financials, SCM, Field Service).
• Experience with OIC, ADF, or PaaS tools.
• Familiarity with federal compliance and security frameworks.
• Experience with OBIEE or Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
