Event Management Trainee - Entry Level

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Event Management Trainee to join our fast-paced marketing and promotions team . This entry-level role is perfect for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in event management, live promotions, customer engagement, and team leadership .

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating promotional events, fundraisers, and community outreach initiatives

• Support event setup, teardown, and on-site logistics to ensure smooth execution

• Engage with attendees and provide exceptional customer service

• Represent partner brands professionally at all times

• Track event performance, gather feedback, and report insights to leadership

• Collaborate with team members to meet event goals

• Learn and develop leadership skills with opportunities to mentor new team members
