What You'll Do
As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a trusted resource for members, providers, and stakeholders seeking information about healthcare programs and benefits.

Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions, providing accurate information regarding healthcare benefits, eligibility, enrollment, and available services.

Research, investigate, and resolve customer inquiries and complex issues using multiple systems and resources.

Process enrollments, updates, and other transactions while meeting quality, accuracy, and productivity standards.

Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of customer interactions, case activity, and resolution outcomes.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate issue resolution and support customer needs.

Stay current on program policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to ensure accurate guidance and service delivery.

Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professionalism, empathy, problem-solving, and a customer-first approach.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.

Minimum of 1 year of customer service or related professional experience.

Strong communication and active listening skills.

Ability to navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Ability to maintain professionalism and empathy during challenging conversations.

Bilingual Qualifications

Fluency in English and Spanish required for bilingual openings.

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both languages.

Work Location & Technical Requirements

Location: Remote / Work From Home. English/Spanish Bilingual Candidates may reside anywhere within the contiguous United States and must be available to work Eastern Time Zone schedules.

Internet: Reliable high-speed wired home internet service required (50 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload minimum). Cellular-based internet providers are not supported.

Schedule

Training: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM EST. Approximately 4 weeks of paid training followed by 2-3 weeks of nesting/support. Attendance during training is mandatory.

Regular Schedule: Monday-Friday. Hours of Operation are 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST. Expected schedule will likely be 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM EST (Subject to business needs).

Pay Rate

English Only: $16.67 per hour

English/Spanish Bilingual: $17.46 per hour (Bilingual candidates must successfully demonstrate fluency in both English and Spanish).
