Location: Remote (Reston, VA area - 1-2 onsite meetings per month)
Type: W2 Contract (12+ months)

Redbud Technologies is seeking a talented Digital Product Manager for a leading healthcare payor organization. Join our team to drive end-to-end digital product delivery for impactful internal and customer projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal clients and teams to launch, maintain, and enhance complex digital products (35%)
- Manage and update product roadmaps, issues/action items/risks, and drive product maturity (20%)
- Identify and articulate new customer needs to product development teams (20%)
- Manage all aspects of product implementation including equipment, installation, and metrics reconciliation (10%)
- Ensure and drive deliverables to completion per product schedules (15%)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred) or 4+ years additional relevant experience
- SAFE Certification REQUIRED (other Product Management certs a plus)
- 10+ years product operations experience, 5+ years in product management
- Strong roadmapping and product lifecycle experience
- Experience in LARGE organizations (1K+ employees) with product management culture
- Proficiency in ServiceNow, Jira, MS Office Suite
- Excellent stakeholder coordination and communication skills
Preferred Skills
- AWS and AI/ML project experience (BIG PLUS)
- Aha.IO roadmapping tool experience
- Experience transitioning organizations to Product Management mindset
