Electromechanical Production Assembler

We’re looking for a hands‑on assembler who thrives in a structured, quality‑driven environment.
Your impact
- Follow standardized work instructions and SOP/OMS to assemble to top/sub‑level drawings.
- Execute electronic and mechanical testing that calls for strong hand–eye coordination.
- Interpret manufacturing drawings; document work clearly and accurately.
- Work under a microscope; use small hand tools with precision.
- Maintain 5S cleanliness and adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement; support varied, semi‑routine tasks.
What you’ll bring
- 1+ years of assembly experience preferred (not required).
- Preferred: soldering and electronic assembly background.
- Fluency with blueprints/electrical schematics and electrical/electronic systems.
- Mechanical assembly capability and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Solid shop math and documentation comprehension.
Schedule and overtime
- 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and weekend shifts available with shift differential.
- Both 1st and 2nd shifts available. There is a 10% shift differential between 1st and 2nd shift.
- Overtime may be required based on production demand.
