Position Highlights

• Join a PT-owned private practice with a strong team-based culture

• Emphasis on manual therapy, functional exercise, and mentorship

• Full-time preferred; part-time considered

• No weekends and no major holidays

• 11 to 12 patients per day with a 30-minute one-on-one session followed by 30 minutes of supervised exercise

• Previous outpatient experience is preferred.

Caseload

• 70 percent general orthopedics and 30 percent sports cases for patients of all ages

• Evidence-based approach with focus on long-term patient success

Work Schedule

• Monday through Thursday: 7:00 am to 7:00 pm

• Friday: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

• Flexible scheduling available for part-time candidates

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range $90,000 to $105,000 based on experience and productivity

• Medical, dental, and vision insurance with 90 percent premium coverage for employees and 50 percent for dependents

• 401k with 100 percent match up to 4 percent of gross salary after one year

• OCS, SCS prep tracks, and residency options available

• 21.5 PTO days per year including 15 vacation days and 6.5 holidays

• 50 percent of APTA dues covered

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or equivalent

• Eligible for Virginia PT licensure

• Open to all experience levels, including new graduates

• Full-time preferred; part-time considered with at least 20 hours per week
