Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients under BCBA supervision
• Collect accurate data and implement individualized treatment plans
• Participate in training, team meetings, and collaboration with clinical staff
• Maintain professionalism and follow ethical, safety, and confidentiality guidelines

Requirements:

• Current RBT certification (preferred but willing to train)
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous experience with children or individuals with disabilities preferred
• Must pass background check and maintain CPR/First Aid certification
