Key Responsibilities- Lead and perform chimney repair and installation projects on residential properties.
- Supervise and support field crew members to ensure project quality and timeliness.
- Safely operate ladders and tools at heights, often working on rooftops and in tight spaces.
- Lift and carry equipment or materials up to 80 pounds.
- Input job information, photos, and reports via company tablet and mobile apps.
- Read and follow technical manuals and building codes as part of ongoing training.
- Maintain a clean, safe worksite and comply with all safety regulations.
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members to ensure great customer service.
- Comfortable with heights and physically able to lift 80+ pounds.
- Willing and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Experience with tools and hands-on repair work required; chimney-specific experience is a plus.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
- Must own reliable transportation for transit to work.
- Strong character, work ethic, and team-minded attitude.
- Experience leading a crew or taking responsibility on job sites is strongly preferred.
- Ability to use a tablet and smartphone for job documentation and communication.
- Must be able to study and apply technical content—ongoing education is a key part of this role.

- Typical hours vary depending on projects, with opportunities for performance-based earnings after training.
