We're looking for a Vice President of Operations – a strategic leader with deep experience in fleet management, operations, and regulatory compliance. This is a high-impact role, responsible for driving growth, performance, and service excellence in one of our core metropolitan markets.

Your Role as a Fleet VP of Operations:

As VP of Operations, you’ll oversee the financial and operational performance of a key market. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, manage fleet productivity, and ensure compliance with transportation regulations, all while improving service delivery and scaling our business.

Key Responsibilities of a Fleet VP of Operations:

• Lead day-to-day operations to meet key KPIs and service standards
• Own market P&L; manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization
• Oversee fleet availability, maintenance, and operational efficiency
• Ensure full compliance with DOT and all local/federal regulations
• Recruit, train, and manage high-performing teams of employees & contractors
• Identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement
• Deliver performance insights and reports to executive leadership

What You Bring as a Fleet VP of Operations:

• Senior-level experience in transportation, logistics, or fleet operations
• Strong financial and operational leadership (P&L ownership required)
• Deep understanding of regulatory and safety compliance standards
• Experience managing large, distributed teams in dynamic environments
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred; fleet software experience a plus
