Administrative Coordinator (hybrid)
- Maintain and update GHS performance trackers, projections, and reports in alignment with established monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Monitor progress against goals, identify variances or trends, and escalate findings to the Vice President for review.
- Run recurring and ad hoc reports using Zoho Analytics and Zoho CRM; compile and summarize data for leadership review.
- Track Concierge Team progress against assigned goals, follow up on deliverables, attend weekly meetings, and document action items.
- Track receipt of GHS checks and calculate commissions using established guidelines; coordinate with Accounting to resolve discrepancies.
- Support agent communications by responding to routine inquiries related to the Master Referral Agreement (MRA) and escalating complex matters as appropriate.
- Process and track Vice President expenses through Concur; maintain organized, audit-ready expense and invoice records.
- Coordinate social media activity for the GHS Instagram account by scheduling posts and supporting content development in collaboration with Marketing.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3–5 years of administrative, operations, or business support experience
- Strong Excel skills and experience working with CRM or analytics platforms
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple recurring deadlines
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Associate’s degree preferred; one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in a real estate environment.
- Minimum one (1) year experience in a real estate environment preferred.
