Are you someone who likes working with your hands, being outdoors, and tackling something new every day? Covermatic is looking for awesome people to join our team as Technician Assistants/Technicians in Training!

We install, repair, and maintain automatic pool covers—and trust us, it's cooler than it sounds. No experience with pool covers? No problem! We’ll teach you everything you need to know.

What You’ll Do:

• Help install and service automatic pool covers.
• Learn the ropes from experienced techs.
• Travel to different job sites, every day’s a new adventure!
• Work outdoors .
• Stay moving and hands-on all day.

What You’ll Need:

• A valid Driver’s License + clean driving record.
• Your own reliable ride to our warehouse in Mechanicsville.
• Willingness to work 10+ hour days, Monday–Friday.
• Ability to handle the heat (literally, we work outside in the summer)
• Experience in construction or service work is a bonus, but not required.
