No previous event experience is required. We provide comprehensive paid training , hands-on mentorship, and a clear path for career advancement into event management, marketing, and leadership roles.

About the RoleAs an Event Assistant , you'll play a key role in planning, setting up, and executing live promotional events and community campaigns. You'll work alongside experienced event coordinators and marketing professionals to create engaging experiences that strengthen brand awareness and build meaningful connections with the public.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event planning, customer engagement, brand representation, and marketing while developing valuable professional skills.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of promotional events and community outreach programs.
- Welcome attendees and provide exceptional customer service throughout each event.
- Represent client brands with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a customer-focused attitude.
- Answer questions and educate attendees about products, services, and promotional campaigns.
- Support event logistics, promotional displays, signage, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure events run smoothly and successfully.
- Monitor event activities and provide feedback to improve future campaigns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional event environment.
