We’re looking for a motivated Automotive Service Advisor to join our team at Little Joe's Mitsubishi & Greenbrier Auto Care Center .
This is more than just writing repair orders—it’s about building relationships, delivering next-level service, and helping customers keep their rides running right. If you’ve got the drive, the people skills, and the hustle to close sales, we want to hear from you!
🔧 What You’ll Do:
Greet customers, schedule appointments, and document vehicle info.
Listen to customer concerns and translate them into clear repair orders.
Communicate with techs to ensure accurate and timely service.
Keep customers updated on progress, additional work, and costs.
Secure approvals, explain services performed, and review billing.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience—every time.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Valid driver’s license & clean driving record.
Strong sales & communication skills (ability to overcome objections).
Organized, detail-oriented, and computer savvy.
