Review and Analytics Senior Attorney

A growing, top tier law firm specializing in the intersection of law and technology is looking for a Review & Analytics Senior Attorney. Role requires: (A) 10+ years of experience leading and managing privilege and second level reviews, including privilege log reviews. The majority of the experience must be as an employee (not a contractor) of a law firm or eDiscovery consulting firm. (B) Candidates must be licensed in one of the following states: CA, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, NJ, NC, OH, OK, OR,PA, TX, VA, WA, WV. This role is 100% REMOTE. The role will include travel (up to 10%). The minimum billable hour requirement to be bonus eligible is 1950. Position includes a base salary, annual bonus and excellent benefits.

Responsibilities

This role revolves around eDiscovery. It entails managing second-level reviews (including privilege reviews) and teams, including vendor teams; developing key protocols; participating in discovery negotiations with requesting parties, data collection strategy development, and risk management.
