Core duties include:
· Manage AP process from PO through check or ACH payment
· Post AR check deposits and incoming electronic payments.
· Reconcile bank statements with the general ledger and resolve any discrepancies.
· Maintain orderly digital and physical filing systems for financial documents.
Skills and qualifications:
· Attention to detail.
· Time management and independently prioritize workflow.
· Ability to stay organized, manage tasks, and maintain records.
· Communication and basic computer skills.
Environment:
· Office hours M-F from 8-5.
· Generous PTO plan and holiday schedule.
· Casual office environment.
· Parking pass
· OT option at lunch
