Comber Physical Therapy is seeking highly motivated professionals to join our dynamic team. We treat a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions from head to toe, and each of our therapists brings unique specialties to the care we provide. Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you’ll work collaboratively with Physical Therapists and Patient Care Technicians to support patients through their plan of care. Your role will include assisting in the development of treatment plans, managing routine therapy functions, educating patients, documenting progress, and adjusting treatment approaches under the supervision of a Physical Therapist—all in accordance with state regulations and APTA standards.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current Virginia PTA license (or ability to obtain by start date)
• One year of experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting preferred
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No nights
• No weekends
