Location: Herndon, VA
We are seeking a highly accomplished Master Scheduler to provide strategic leadership in the planning, integration, and execution of complex FAA programs that directly support the modernization of the nation’s aviation infrastructure. In this high-impact, highly visible role, you will serve as the authoritative lead for Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS), driving alignment across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, material control, quality, and subcontractor teams to ensure seamless program execution.

- Perform critical path analysis, resource forecasting, and schedule health assessments to proactively identify risks and drive mitigation strategies that keep programs on track.
- Partner with executive leadership, FAA stakeholders, engineering teams, and program management offices to provide actionable insights that support strategic and data-driven decisions.

- Drive schedule analysis and executive reporting in support of major technical and programmatic reviews, including PDRs, CDRs, SRRs, TRRs, and milestone readiness assessments.
- Mentor and develop junior schedulers by establishing best practices, strengthening scheduling discipline, and fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership by communicating complex schedule challenges, impacts, and recovery strategies with clarity, confidence, and influence.
