Activities Assistant - Memory Care at Brightview Senior Living, LLC summary:
Provide engaging, person-centered recreational and therapeutic activities for residents with dementia in a memory care community, encouraging participation in arts, music, games and social events while promoting emotional, spiritual and cognitive wellbeing. Assist with planning, implementing and showcasing programs via social media, email and newsletters, and build relationships with residents to tailor activities to their interests. Position requires strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a valid driver’s license; pays $18.00–$20.75/hr and includes benefits and growth opportunities.

At Brightview Senior Living, our Wellspring Village is home to residents with Dementia and other cognitive care needs. The Vibrant Living Assistant in the Wellspring Village will play a key role in helping our residents enjoy each and every day.
Responsibilities:
- Get to know the residents of Brightview so that you can help with the planning and implementation of spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional programming that will make residents feel engaged and fulfilled.
- Participate in activities. Residents love games, painting, singing, and music and we need someone to help organize and run these events!
- Encourage residents to participate in activities and programs.
- Utilize social media, email, and newsletters to showcase the fun things happening each day!
Salary range: USD $18.00 - USD $20.75 /Hr. Compensation Disclosure:
$18.00-$20.75/hour
The salary range mentioned above reflects the potential pay for this role and does not include bonuses or additional incentives (if applicable), nor does it include the value of our benefit program. Offers will consider factors like experience, qualifications, location, community size (if relevant), certifications/training, etc. Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compensation ranges.
