Position Overview:As an associate optometrist, you will have the unique opportunity to deliver exceptional patient care while working with state-of-the-art optometric equipment. Your role will be key in providing comprehensive ocular health examinations and managing various eye diseases, including glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetic eye care, all while ensuring a remarkable patient experience. Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough ocular health examinations and effectively communicate findings to patients.
- Diagnose and manage a variety of eye conditions, providing tailored treatment plans.
- Educate patients on eye health and vision correction options, including a wide selection of eyeglass frames, lenses, and contact lenses.
- Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals to promote a supportive and caring environment.
- Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.

- Competitive wages with a starting salary expected to exceed $160,000, plus production bonuses contributing to unlimited earning potential.
- Comprehensive benefits package including 401K with matching, dental and vision insurance, malpractice insurance, and support for professional development.
- Generous paid time off (3 weeks) and additional benefits valued between $15,000-$20,000.
- Work hours are designed to promote work-life balance: Monday to Thursday, 10 AM to 7 PM, and Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM.

- Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
