REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate would have experience in corporate commercial transactional matters including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on information technology outsourcing (ITO); business process outsourcing (BPO); ERP licensing, implementation and support; Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Infrastructure as a Services (IaaS) arrangements; managed network services agreements; stored value card manufacturing and distribution arrangements; warehousing, transportation and other supply chain and logistics agreements; manufacturing and supply agreements; joint ventures, shared services and strategic alliances and other technology, digital advertising and e-commerce arrangements. Top academics and large law firm experience required. The candidate must reside and be barred in the jurisdiction where applying.
