Woodgrove Solutions, LLC (Woodgrove) is seeking a Budget Champion to support commercial and federal government clients.

The Budget Champion will:

• Possess understanding of financial management from a process perspective: Budget, Forecasting, Accruals, PR/PO Management
• Possess Data Analytics skills - ability to create models/macros and pivots for financial analysis
• Possess Data Automation skills
• Be a good communicator
• Have the ability to be "polite but pushy" to ensure that deadlines are met in an agile environment with competing interests

Required Qualifications, Education, and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Business, Management, Math, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent technical fields
• US Citizenship required
• 5 years experience supporting financial management processes from a Budget, Forecasting, Accruals, PR/PO Management perspective
• Experience and high proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.), Teams, PowerPoint

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in data mining/analysis and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets
• Strong critical thinking and analysis, planning and problem-solving skills, and ability to assimilate
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle a fluctuating workload and multiple priorities
• Deliver on commitments and be reliable, highly organized and structured, risk-sensitive, agile, and creative
• Ability to forge and maintain good relationships both internally and with the customer and able to work well as part of a team
