What We Offer

• $20 - $25 per hour to start (growth opportunities available)
• Monthly bonus potential: $800 - $1,000
• Time-and-a-half overtime (available, not required)

Job Responsibilities

• Install residential windows and doors to company standards
• Work with a Crew Leader to maintain clean and safe job sites
• Organize tools, equipment, and company trucks
• Follow safety guidelines and installation procedures
• Complete daily tasks as directed by the Installation Manager

Qualifications

• 1+ year carpentry or residential remodeling experience
• Window installation experience is a plus, not required
• Ability to read a tape measure and use hand tools
• Metal brake experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
