Aqua Lounge Receptionist

Balian Springs is a brand new self-care social club in Northern, VA. We provide amenities to satisfy all aspects of personal well being, mental, physical and social lifestyles. Balian Springs introduces the first ever, daily membership based social club set in an extensive facility influenced by the best beach clubs around the world. Amenities look to include a luxurious day spa, different pool styles, delicious and nutritious eateries, unique lounges, relaxing hydrotherapy pools, sauna rooms and much more.

The Aqua Lounge Receptionist provides the highest level of customer service in person and on the phone. The Aqua Lounge Receptionist maintains bookings, menu inquiries and processes cancellations as well as sales transactions. This position requires being passionate about wellness and eager to learn the different services offered at the facility. The Aqua Lounge Receptionist maintains the facility and spa cleanliness and ensures all supplies are properly stocked. Your ability to engage with customers and promote our services will play a crucial role in enhancing their experience and satisfaction.

• Expertly handle guest requests.
• Be able to multi task in one or several designated areas.
• Be able to partner with other employees to ensure that facility is clean, well maintained and ready to meet the guests expectations at all time
• Make sure guest knows how the facility works
• Maintain a work environment of cleanliness and organization.
• Sharing and being up to date on the latest promotions and special offers.

• Proficient in English (oral and written)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Customer service orientation
• High School diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus
• Ability to work on weekends, holidays and evenings
