Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Patrol Officer at a government transportation location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will support access awareness, provide outstanding customer service and communication, and contribute to a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or public agencies as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity within assigned areas, assisting with visitor direction, credential checks, and/or reporting of suspicious behavior according to site procedures.
• Support daily operations by maintaining a visible presence, following post orders, and reporting maintenance issues, hazards, and/or policy violations through proper channels.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
