What We’re Looking For:

• Chairside excellence: Experience assisting with restorative and cosmetic procedures preferred.
• Strong organizational skills: Ability to anticipate, plan, and keep the day running smoothly.
• Emotional intelligence: A calm, confident, and caring presence for patients.
• Attention to detail: Pride in clinical precision and patient comfort.
• Exceptional communication skills: Confident and articulate when dealing with patients.

• Prior experience in a private dental setting is a plus, especially with complex care, but we’re open to a highly capable candidate who shares our values and commitment to excellence. Minimum requirements are a Virginia X-ray certification and 1 year of dental assisting experience.
