What You Will Do:

As an Associate Director at Guidehouse's Commercial Financial Services practice, you will be responsible for client management, solution implementation, and project results generation. You will own project workstreams, interact daily with clients to ensure engagement success, and support operational meetings with sponsors and leaders. You will prepare reports and presentations for clients and internal executives, and lead, coach, and mentor consultants to ensure quality deliverables.

As you develop project management, leadership, and multi-workstream management skills, you can progress to the Director level.

What You Will Need:

• 7+ years of experience in banking or commercial financial services consulting
• Experience in operational risk, banking compliance, or risk assessments
• Bachelors degree
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment with changing priorities
• Excellent communication skills, tailored to clients and colleagues
• Willingness to travel up to 75% for client engagements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Creative problem-solving and collaborative mindset
• Experience with compliance processes for G-SIBs and client relationship management
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce quality work timely
• Experience with time-sensitive projects and team leadership
• Ability to work from NYC three days a week or willing to travel there

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range: $149,000 - $248,000, depending on various factors.
