Communications Assistant - Entry Level
We are hiring an Entry-Level Communications Assistant to support event marketing, promotions, and community engagement . This role is perfect for energetic, people-focused individuals seeking hands-on experience in communications, event support, and brand promotion .
No prior experience required. Paid training and mentorship provided.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with live events, promotional campaigns, and community outreach
Engage with attendees and provide information about clients or causes
Support event setup, teardown, logistics, and on-site operations
Represent clients and partner organizations professionally and enthusiastically
Collect attendee feedback and report insights to leadership
Communicate effectively with team members and event managers
Ensure consistent, positive brand messaging
Provide general support to the event operations team
Qualifications
