Private Concierge Group is recruiting a full-time Family Medicine physician to join our concierge primary care practice in Fairfax, Virginia. Step into the panel of a long-standing family physician in a low-volume, relationship-focused setting with strong support and excellent long-term earning potential.

Position Highlights
* Concierge primary care with inherited panel of ~400 patients (~20% pediatrics)
* Low daily volume (510 patients|day) with longer visits and same-day access
* 4.5-day workweek, MondayFriday, 8 am4 pm with Friday half day
* RN and MA support plus option for AI scribes to reduce documentation
* Tapered transition with retiring physician on-site for 23 months to support handoff

Compensation & Benefits
* $350,000 guaranteed base salary (W2 employed)
* ~ $10,000 signing|relocation bonus
* Long-term earning potential up to ~$500,000 as membership grows
* Comprehensive health benefits, retirement with employer match, CME allowance
* Paid time off starting at 3 weeks, increasing to 4 weeks with tenure

Ideal Candidate
* Board-certified Family Medicine physician; US-trained strongly preferred
* Comfortable with pediatrics (approx. 20% of panel) and whole-family care
* Values concierge-style medicine, longer visits, and proactive prevention
* Excellent communication skills and commitment to high-touch service
