Cadence Prelude & Referrals Analyst

Our client is seeking a skilled and certified Epic Cadence/Prelude Analyst with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in supporting scheduling and registration workflows within the Epic system. The ideal candidate will also hold certification in Epic Referrals and demonstrate a strong ability to contribute to referral management enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and optimize Epic Cadence and Prelude modules, focusing on scheduling and registration workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in referral management processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring seamless user experience and operational efficiency.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and documentation.
• Provide end-user training and support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Epic Cadence and Prelude certification required.
• Epic Referrals certification strongly preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience working with Epic systems in a healthcare setting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $80.00/hr.
