Halvik is seeking multiple Technical Project Managers to serve as leads on multiple types of projects including:

• Salesforce
• DataMart and Data Science
• AI and Machine Learning

What You Will Do:

• Ensure project success, facilitate open communication, conduct project meetings, act as primary point of contact with the Government, and schedule activities.
• Champion the use of agile delivery techniques to plan and execute all tasks.
• Lead efforts to prepare sprint plans outlining assignments with descriptions of work to be completed and estimated number of hours to be worked.
• Support requirements gathering and backlog grooming activities.
• Ensure that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner.
• Perform enterprise-wide horizontal integration planning and interfaces to other functional systems.
• Directs completion of tasks within estimated timeframes and budget constraints.

What You Need:

• 10+ years of IT project management experience
• PMP certification preferred.
• Proven success managing Enterprise level software development efforts.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary agile teams in modernization efforts.
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement, risk management, budget oversight, and reporting.
• Familiarity with Jira/Confluence and Agile reporting tools.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
