TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking a Travel RN – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) to provide specialized care for patients requiring intermediate-level monitoring and treatment. Qualifications
- Monitor and assess patients with acute and chronic illnesses
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed
- Recognize and respond to deteriorating patient conditions
- Perform continuous cardiac monitoring and interpret telemetry readings
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals
- Provide patient and family education regarding treatments and post-discharge care
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
