Job Overview

Sentara Health is currently hiring for an RN to work at Sentara Norfolk General on the Endoscopy Unit.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Hours/Shift:
Full Time – 36 hours per week
Shift start time varies between 6:15 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.
Circulating, scrubbing, preop, postop
On Call is required during the week and every 3rd weekend
Types of cases: Bronchoscopy, Colonoscopy, EGD, ERCP, Manometry, Small Bowel Endoscopy, EUS, EBUS. Unit completes approximately 15 – 25 patients per day
One to two years of prior RN experience in med/surg is acceptable
Endoscopy, Endo, Outpatient, Surgery, Surgical

Requirements:

• REQUIRED: minimum of 1yr previous hospital experience required, Endoscopy experience preferred.
• ADN required, BSN or higher preferred.
• RN License in good standing.
