- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Provide therapy and counseling sessions to individuals and groups.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with regulations.
- Facilitate educational workshops on mental health and substance abuse topics.
- Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in mental health treatment.
- Participate in regular supervision and professional development opportunities.
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field.
- Current LMHP and LSATP licenses in the state of Virginia.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in mental health and substance abuse treatment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Compassionate and non-judgmental demeanor towards clients.
- Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice.
