Entry Level Promotional Marketing Assistant
We are a fast-growing event marketing and promotional advertising firm specializing in live events, brand promotions, experiential marketing campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives for nationally recognized brands and nonprofit organizations. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Promotional Marketing Assistant to join our expanding team.
This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to launch a career in marketing, event promotions, brand management, public relations, or business development. No prior experience is required, as we provide comprehensive paid training and ongoing mentorship from experienced industry professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional marketing campaigns and live events.
- Represent client brands at community events, retail activations, trade shows, and promotional campaigns.
- Engage directly with customers to educate them about products, services, and brand initiatives.
- Build positive relationships with consumers and create memorable brand experiences.
- Support event setup, merchandising displays, and promotional materials management.
- Track customer interactions and campaign performance metrics.
- Collaborate with team members to meet campaign goals and client objectives.
- Participate in daily training sessions focused on leadership, marketing strategy, and customer engagement.
- Provide feedback and market insights to management and clients.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in both team-oriented and independent environments.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable interacting with customers in face-to-face settings.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Background in customer service, retail, hospitality, sports, or sales is a plus but not required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
